Do we offer Trade Discount? |

Do we ship the same day? |

We work on a two working day turn around however, many items leave the same day. During busy period like Xmas please allow extra time for goods to be shipped out and additional time for delivery. |

Do we ship internationally? |

Yes we do, please contact us on sales@thegamerschoice.net for shipping costs advising us of the items you require and your full details. We will confirm shipping costs before we process your order. |

Are the items shipped insured? |

Yes, but due to Post Office rules we have to wait 15 working days before we claim. So if an item goes astray, we have to wait the 15 working day period to see if it turns up, if not, we will then ship a F.O.C replacement to you and WE will make the claim for the insurance. |
